1. Who provides the service
Webpaint is a brand of Ronnie Cordova, an individual based in Guayaquil, Ecuador. These terms apply to the webpaint.dev website and to Yuls. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. What Yuls is
Yuls is an app that researches your market, builds a content plan for your business and creates content proposals (captions, carousels and video prompts) with the help of artificial intelligence. You review each piece and decide whether it gets published. If you connect your social accounts, Yuls publishes to them only what you approve.
The service is in a testing stage: some features may change, be limited or not be available for every platform.
3. Your account
- You must be over 18 and authorized to act on behalf of the business and its social accounts.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.
- The information you give us about your business must be true: Yuls uses it to write about it.
4. Your content
What you upload (logo, photos, videos and texts) remains yours. You grant us a limited permission to store, process and publish it, solely to provide the service to you.
You confirm that you hold the rights to what you upload, including trademarks, images of people and music, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
5. AI-generated content
- AI can make mistakes. Review every piece before approving it: what you approve and publish is your responsibility.
- Yuls only uses figures and facts you declare as true in your profile. Do not include data you cannot back up.
- Do not use Yuls to deceive: no invented testimonials, no impersonating real people and no presenting generated content as a real recording of someone.
- When a platform requires it (for example, TikTok for realistic AI-generated content), the content must be published with the corresponding label.
6. Social platforms
By connecting TikTok, Instagram or LinkedIn you also accept their terms. Platforms may reject, limit or remove a post, or change their rules and services; we are not responsible for those decisions. You can disconnect an account at any time.
7. Prohibited uses
- Publishing illegal, hateful, violent or sexually explicit content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Sending spam or manipulating platform metrics.
- Trying to access other users' accounts or data, or overloading the service.
- Copying, reselling or trying to extract the service's code.
8. Plans and payments
Each plan sets how many pieces and videos you can create per month, and how many change requests each piece includes. The pilot plan is free. Paid plans, their prices and payment method are agreed in writing before any charge. If we change a paid plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
9. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running at all times, but it is provided "as is" and may have interruptions. We do not guarantee reach or sales results.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
10. Suspension and closure
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
11. Intellectual property
The Yuls software, the Yuls and Webpaint brands and the website design belong to their owner. Using the service does not transfer any rights over them to you.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Guayaquil, Ecuador, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law.
13. Changes and contact
